This page is to document the setup of the Axis 206W by Axis without the software and cable provided by manufacturer. This information was gathered for documentation purposes only.  This document is NOT a HOWTO.  This document is NOT a "standard" for Axis 206W setups.  However, reading this documentation may in fact help others utilize  the product for a solution.

1.) Unpackage.
2.) Drop WEP key from AccessPoint (AP).
3.) Add mac address to access list on AP.
4.) Run nmap on range to determine what IP the 206W aquired. Small network at home so this was not to hard to figure out. Larger networks one would have wanted to look for the mac address at the dhcp server lease file.
5.) Fireup Mozilla to the determined IP from previous step.
6.) Start configuring the camera.
